Transfer of Title

In connection with each transaction, you represent that you may purchase and receive the products ordered in compliance with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, the alcoholic beverage control laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and that such products will be used only in a lawful manner. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older and you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Sales are made at our premise and title passes to you at the premises. If you have any questions regarding where a sale is being made, please contact us before purchasing the product. We make no representation as to the right of any person to import any product in to any state. Some state regulations require a business address for shipment and in those states, you represent that the address you have provided is a business address.

Shipping

Orders placed with IDrinkKosher.com are expected to ship within three business days, though we make every effort to ship your order earlier.  

An adult recipient’s (21 or older) signature is required for all packages.  

We do not ship on weekends or government holidays, though we do process orders at night and on weekends. If you receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us after 5PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, it means we have processed and packed your order, but the carrier will ship it on the next business day.

All orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, including gift purchases, will require additional time for credit card authorization.

In Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup orders are ready the same day. You MUST provide your ID at Pick-Up and it MUST match the credit card used for purchase. You will receive an email/text from us when your order is ready to be picked up, which can be done so during our store hours.
