SHIRAH COALITION

Description

This wine is made of 60% Zinfandel, 12% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Touriga Nacional, 8% Souzao. Intense aromas abound on this exotic blend. On the initial attack, is grapefruit (and lychee) then showing raspberry preserves and loads of spice. Hints of game from the Syrah. The low acid and rich silky density make this wine a pleasure to drink. Pair with sweet and sour spareribs or grilled steak.
