This is one of the better Rose’s out there in a bit of rough year for the Rose genre. All Rose’s tend to be fruit forward but finding a Rose that can somewhat subdue it’s fruitiness in favor of some acidity , tannins , and as little sugar content as possible is the key and this wine does that well. Drink now. It’s great on a warm summer day but also quite nice at a barbecue. With almost no exceptions, do not hoard Roses from year to year or buy any old ones! They will just turn bitter or flat. Roses are meant to drunk young and fresh.
