80% Garnacha – 20% Viura The 80% Garnacha grapes and the 20% Viura grapes for this wine were picked plot-by-plot according to ripeness levels during October,. After harvesting, the fruit was vinified using the saignée method and underwent a 4 to 6 hours maceration to give colour and fruit intensity to the final wine. Only the first-run juice – around a 40% yield – was used, and fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC Delicate salmon colour with bright pink hues. On the nose presents fresh aromas of red fruits like strawberries, notes of lemon with hints of white flowers. The balanced palate opens out into red fruits. The acidity is accompanied by reminders of watermelon and pomegranate flavours. Is is elegant with a persistent and vibrant finish.
