Description

In 1963, Nikka imported two Coffey Stills to its Miyagikyo Distillery. Named after its inventor Aeneas Coffey, these stills produce more flavor and depth than modern column stills, imparting a distinct character that defines the Nikka blends. This rare 100% malt bottling offers a surprisingly rich texture. Notes of cinnamon and citrus fill the aroma, subsiding to a delightful palate of berry fruits, cookie and soft vanilla.
