Description

Brassy amber colour. Subtle peppermint top note over spicy ryvita biscuit; evolves unripe granny smith apple and sweeter spices. Nicely balanced with a fruity / rye combination that’s medium dry, firm and rye bread like; more tart apple enters at mid palate. Finish is fresh, mildly tannic with leather and charry oak in the aftertaste. 45% Alc./Vol.
