This wine is made of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Shiraz. This Special Reserve wine has been handcrafted in our cellars, located on the Judean Mountains in the Holy Land, at an elevation of 950 meters overlooking the ancient Bibical city of Hevron. Hevron is the burial place of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca and Leah, Patriarchs and Matriarchs of the Jewish People. Vinified with the traditional wine making techniques of warm fermentation in small open vats, aged in barrels for 24 months, this rare wine displays the rich varietal flavors of carefully hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz delicately balanced by the savory finish of French Oak Barrels. May be bottle aged or had now. Best bet- open and decant at least a half hour prior to drinking and serve at room temperature.
