CAVALRY BOURBON

Description

This Bourbon uses a process called TerraPure that delivers an extremely smooth product that you usually find in spirits that are much older. For it, the producer sources a four-month old Barrel Proof Bourbon from Midwest Grain Products (MGP) of Indiana that has a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley malt, which are high quality natural ingredients. It’s then transported to South Carolina where it’s proofed down with distilled water to 90% and undergoes a unique refining method using ultrasound and oxidation.
