CATSKILL THE ONE & ONLY BUCKWHEAT

Description

Oak and caramel lead the nose on this small-batch, buckwheat-based spirit (which technically isn’t a whiskey, since buckwheat is a seed, not a grain). The palate weaves oak with caramel, vanilla, and orange peel, finishing long, creamy and warming, plus a pop of baking spice at the end. Made from 80% buckwheat and 20% grain, aged over two years.
