Is there an age restriction to order at IDrinkKosher.com?

Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age in order to enter and make purchases at IDrinkKosher.com.  By ordering from us you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped to is also at least 21 years of age.  

Will an adult signature be required upon delivery?

Federal regulations require an adult, with a valid ID, to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol.  UPS will require a photo ID for age verification before making the delivery.  This requirement cannot be waived, and we recommend you monitor your shipment in order for an adult age 21 years or older to be able to receive your shipment.  UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts.  After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us.  You will be responsible for the additional costs of re-shipping orders that are returned.

Can I ship to a business address?

Yes, as a matter of fact, customers find that shipping their orders to a business address increases the odds of a successful delivery on the first attempt.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will try our best effort to accommodate you in making changes to your order within a reasonable time frame of placing your order.  You can make changes to your order by reaching out to our Customer Service Team.  The following changes can be made to your order:

  • Order Cancellation – Request to have your entire order canceled
  • Item Cancellation – Request to have an item removed from your order
  • Shipping Address Change – Request to have your shipping address edited
  • Item Edit – Request for an item change 

Important Note: Please be advised that once your order is packed and ready to ship, we are unable to make changes to your order. 

Why was my order canceled?

Your I Drink Kosher order may be canceled for the following two reasons: Invalid Credit Card Authorization or Out of Stock Item(s).

If your order is canceled due to invalid credit authorization, it means that we are unable to complete your order due to a processing failure with your payment information.  Your order will be cancelled and your funds will be released.  You may wish to verify your payment information and place your order again. 

When your order is canceled due to either reason, you will receive an email notification informing you of the cancellation.  If your credit transaction has been voided, please allow 1-3 business days for your financial institution to reverse the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following form of payments:

  • All Visa and MasterCard logo debit cards
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards

Please note that only one form of payment is allowed per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Can I buy in bulk at IDrinkKosher.com?

We welcome bulk buyers, but due to the large quantity of items purchased, it will take 5-7 business days for bulk orders to process and be shipped. 

We define Bulk Orders as: Any orders with 10 or more cases.

Can I buy online and pickup in store?

Yes, you are able to purchase your items on-line and pick up in our retail store.  Most In-Store Pickup orders are ready within one business day.  You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to be picked up, which can be done so during store hours.  Make sure you bring your order confirmation e-mail, as well as valid form of ID.

How do I track my order?

We offer two ways to track your order:

  1. You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number once your order leaves your warehouse. You can use that tracking number to monitor your order in-transit at UPS.com. 
  2. You can also track your order through your IDrinkKosher.com Account.

Do I need to pay postage for my return?

You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return unless a prepaid return shipping label was made for you.  Please note that we only provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers who have received a wrong product.  To request a return shipping label, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

When will I get my refund for my return?

We will issue a refund to your original form of payment once we have received the merchandise.  Once we have received your package, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.

Customers must present a receipt and a valid form of ID for all returns.  Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded when online purchases are returned in the store, and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
